Norton Sonic II earplugs, but in a pinch the barbed swimmer's plugs are almost as good. I set my sound as I like it, then put 'em in and ignore the loss of frequencies. Not as fun, but I can continue to have fun longer.

Huh?? [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] I have some serious hearing loss. It can be a pain in the ass when meeting with clients on sales calls. I'm going to have to invest in some hearing aids.

I never used ear plugs,but I bought two pairs of them cos the china cymbal of my drummer is killer...

these yellow foam muffins/plugs from EAR
some people find them too muddy sounding
but it´s what i´m used to, so i can´t stand sth else in my ears
i always protect my ears regardless if i´m band or audience
even at the cinema i have them with me and use them sometimes when it gets too loud
my bandmates wear either alpine plugs (with special colorcode filters) or these cast-on things with filters from your ear specialist
