Re: Back Spasms
+2 to the Chiropractor. I go to this guy who uses this low force crap, he doesn't manipulate you, he has this little hammer looking that, that shoots out 12 whacks a second (*the technique he uses is world renowned and this guys always in Chiropractor mags) that does that. Then he also has all these tools and shit that rub and massage you, then theres the stim pads, and ultra sound. a visit runs in the area of 1 hour with my doc, and my insurance covers every penny.
Or, you can start doing back stretches, because something has made the back spasm (a work injury got me but I went back to work early, because to get full time where I work, you can't be on light duty, and a full time job came up when I was part time and on light duty.)
Leg raises, the bend over touch your toes, this one will sound wierd,
Put your hands on the wall and put your butt out like you're in heat, like really lean into it, then look down, and stretch your neck down, you should feel it in your lower back.
Another one is bring your right knee to your left shoulder (while laying down of course!) and then your left knee to your right shoulder.
I know all these sound like "getting it" positions, but they are actually stretches. I'd post pics for the confused, but I don't want anyone here thinking about giving it to me.
