I love the guitar, and as I said above, I was over reacting to a situation. It was my ignorance, not shady business deals on anyones part. The guitar is awesome.
The best way to say it was, I thought I always wanted a custom 24, with these options, however, the guitar I played before (I had a chance to get a PRS CE 24 same color but the guy took out the HFS pickup and replaced it, and he took out the 5 way rotary and put in a 3 way for 900$). I didn't know at the time, but it was also a CE 24, and I've always thought they had been custom 24's.I distinctly remember it being a CE not a CU because of the bolt on neck.
In other words, I've always wanted this guitar, I've just been calling it the wrong name. this one is mint, newer and stock, and plays better IIRC.
I was wrong to jump the gun and think I got burned, because honestly, I've probably logged 10 hours time on it so far, and that's MORE THAN ANY GUITAR I'VE EVER bought, in the first day.
