that's not to say that they won't egg each other on, but i don't think that it's going to be what you're suspecting. the espn article is by subscription only, but i have screen shots of it. i can't post the pics right now b/c i don't have an ftp client here at work. although, if we go off of your logic, i guess your beloved yankees got beat by a 3rd place team, which would make them suck harder than they already do!

What are Curt Schilling's true colors in your mind? He never shuts up. And sometimes he offers opinions when people don't want them. It happened plenty last season. The Sox are different than the Yankees chief. The Sox don't look like a bunch of guys sitting next to each other looking like they never met before.

Good article. I like when they compared the Hatfields and McCoy inner loop.

Keep in mind that Jose and Mark were good buddies at one time too, but now we're dealing with a Yankee-Red Sox rivalry.

I'm gonna be trying for the tickets in Wrigley on Friday Tod. Hope I can get something good via the internet sales. They are expensive as hell on eBay and through a ticket agent.

So far our plan is to hit the Sox vs. the Cards on 6/8 in St. Louis and drive up and catch the Sox at Wrigley on 6/10. I'll see how I do. I'm going to buy the max tickets I can for that day so if I get them and anyone wants to go at face value let me know.
