i'm not condoning this, but i went out with a 14 year old when i was 21. she looked 19, told me she was 17, and was crowned queen of the beach for the 4th of july weekend out in the hamptons in the summer of '86. she was so freakin' hot it was incredible. her mom was hot, her aunt was hot, and when her mom told me how old she was i begged her for forgiveness. i told her mom that she told me she was 17, her mom forgave me but she said i could not see her daughter anymore and i said no problem. let me tell you, that was the best box i'd ever been in to that point in my life. she was so beautiful and she looked 17 easy. but if this guy in statdick-X is making a practice of this or raping young girls, then let him get plugged in jail, he deserves it.

However, I have a few Static X cds, and like a FEW of their songs, but the evidence isn't looking good for Tripp, to be honest. 14, I'm in the same boat, he had to go looking for it. Now, unless the exchanged emails say things like, she's older and shit, that may look better for him, but if he fucks kids, send him away. The way it looks from what I've seen, it's like this he went out of his way to fuck a kid. That's sick.

But you aren't porking 14 year olds now are ya? I had a 14 year old girlfriend when I was 18. She was a great piece too, infact at almost 2 years, she is in the top 3 longest relationships I have had. But I would never go looking for a 14 year old today.

Mrs. Tekky, you are partly right on this. However, since the rape and murder of Megan Kanka here in NJ,(anyone remember Jesse Timmendequas? How about Paul Timmendequas? I remember them) more and more rapists, especially pedophiles, are getting locked up like crazy. In NJ there are approximately 900 sex offenders locked up at present. Some get released, some don't.

They are all shit, just job security.

I am very glad to hear that more are getting locked up there - but overall - the number of rapist and pedofiles actually convicted and locked up is very small - like 10% of all rapes/sexual assault. And unfortunately when they do get jail time, it's minimal - often pedofiles and rapist are let out in less than 10 years - sometimes often less than 5. A person gets more time for kidnapping, drug charges, etc, than they do for rape. It's just sick. By the time they are actually caught, most rapists/pedophiles are multiple offenders - often with 7 or 8 victims. (I've done a lot of research on this topic due to my own experience).

They all should rot in jail.

Rape has a mandatory jail time sentence..

even if the plea down to a lesser crime ..it wouild still be a Felony...and he would be labeled a "sexual predator"...regardless..

so no matter how you look at it...if he's giulty of this charge...he will go to jail...no ands , ifs or buts about it.


I'm sure SIU and the detectives in Sex Crimes already build a strong case...including the hospital rape kit...and swabbed for semen...

it's a done deal!

was the Victim 14 or 13 ...if she is 13 or under it is RAPE..

14 would be rape but "other" circumstances could lead to "corruption of a minor"..

Rape has sentencing guidelines just like everything else - depending on the form of the rape, whether weapons were used, etc. Each state has their own guidelines. There are different degrees of sexual assault (rape is not often used in the legal definitions these days.). For example - in the state of Illinois - if convicted he could receive as little as 6 years in prison for the rape. In New Jersey - what he did would be a second degree sexual assault ( I don't know what the sentencing laws are there - but they did just pass a mandatory minimum sentencing law in NJ in 2003.) And as for the rape kits - most are not even processed - there are hundreds of thousands of rape kits sitting all over the country gathering dust because the counties and states don't want to pay for them to be processed.

Not all guilty sex offenders go to jail - most don't. Those that do are listed as sex offenders - but those lists are pretty poor as well. Many of those offenders are "lost" because there is no real punishment if they don't update there information.
