well, my band, <font color="red">8 days after </font> , played a great show friday night. had about 100 people in attendance. this was our first show with our new rhythym section, and WOW what a difference all the way across the board!! they added a lot of stage energy and the musicianship was really tight.
we played 55 minutes of original material. the best comment of the night (besides all the whistles and yeahs after my leads) was when the dudes from the headline band (don't even know who they were!!) came over and said we had the cleanest, tightest sound they'd heard in a long time. they said the double bass rolls would vibrate the chairs!! but everything was really clear.
BTW, our new guys are from the band "standing alone" - they are going on tour in may...if you dig hardcore with black metal vocals, check them out!!
here's the pics. some aren't that good, and they really only show me playing with my PC-1, not my firebird or custom strat, but oh well. enjoy.
