I'm also a reader, anything that attracts or concerns me.
Many books I found useful or enjoyable I've kept.
The other books that weren't useful or enjoyable to me,
I let those go. I have a fairly decent amount of books of all kinds.
I'm always adding a new addition to the collection.
The cool thing (to me anyways) is every book I bought new or used,
I've read all of them all the way through, it least once whether I kept them or not. Many of them, I've read it least 3-5 times all the way through.
I took this from a previous post I made in an older thread.
Lazy? Yes, but just seem easier to me.
Peace, Love and Happieness and all that stuff...

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.
Just finished "Star Wars: Darth Bane, Power of Two" last night. Having a hard time getting into non-fiction at the moment, so I've been sticking with a lot of Star Wars books. (lotta stress at the office, when that happens I need a place to "escape") So despite the handful of mob-related books I have here that I need to read, I may actually get back into re-reading something from the last series.
Tekky have you read any of the Zahn novels I read a few and thought they were pretty good star wars books...
The last books I read were probably brittish civil war books and ones about charles I and II, that was a while ago around three years, I really should start reading history again, I did do some limited web reading on king arthur and Owain Glyndwr which I would like to learn more of...
Man's Search For Meaning
Gravity's Rainbow (awesome)
The Illuminatus! Trilogy - Such great fun fans of Foucalts pendulum and Davinci would like this.
Crisis Of Conscience - Franz
The Complete Kierkgaard
Sermon On The Mount - Hmmm Oh Mr. Fox
I keep the bible in a pool of blood
So that none of its lies can affect me
I've read Man's Search for Meaning. I think that is one of those books that are good to revisit every 5 - 10 years because of the difference in the person you bring to it. Might be time to do it again.

No doubt it is a powerful read. It is very human.

I started reading Star Wars books just after the Thrawn trilogy was released. (Heir To the Empire, Dark Force Rising, and The Last Command) I started with the books for the movies and then read the Thrawn trilogy. Over the years he's written several other Star Wars books that are all excellent reads. He's introduced characters that have stood the test of time in the SW universe.
I now have over 50 books in my SW collection that I have read. I only say "over 50" because a) i'm not at home to count them and b) i'm too lazy to do a.
Right now I am re-reading The Crystal Shard by R.A. Salvatore. It's book 1 of the Icewind Dale trilogy. I'm going to re-read the trilogy and then the Paths Of Darkness series.
I am waiting for the library to get 2 books in for me: Stephen Colbert's I Am America (And So Can You) and Hunt For The Skinwalker by Geoge Knapp and Colm Kelleher
I'm definitely a reader.
I'm currently reading Everybody Wants Some, a bio on Van Halen. I joked with a friend that the book is pretty good: In the intro, the author talks about his feeling that he couldn't properly write a book about Van Halen without learning Eruption, so he sits there with is "Jackson across my knee." I figured if he plays Jacksons, he must know quality!
I'm also currently reading a book on XML and Database Programming in C#. I'm a self-taught developer, so I'm constantly trying to catch up to my coworker.
I typically read fiction; I'm a sucker for a story. I enjoy Neil Gaiman, Stephen King, Orson Scott Card, and Michael Crichton.
When I'm not reading fiction, my interests range from aerodynamics to music (duh!) and anything else I'm currently interested in. Every once in a while, I get a story idea that deals with something I know nothing about, so I'll delve into any topic.
