Okay, I'm getting pissed off here. My sinuses are solid! Seriously, they feel like someone poured cement in them, and my throat feels like a just gargled broken glass. What the hell can I take to ease this up a little? I've been taking extra strength sinus stuff, and cough syrup, but it's not doing a damn thing. Grapefruit juice extract, tastes awful in liquid but it helps kills a bug better than vit C IMO. Get the tabs, they're much easier.
