    Great interview with Mick Mars, he really tells it like it is and doesn't hold much back. I really have always liked him.

    He is great.
    Love his work on self titled album a lot and one of my favorite tones since it came out.
    I used to play along with that CD every morning to warm up when I was 22.

      I saw Motley in Boston, and as frail as Mick looks physically, he still rocked!!! Whats more important is that he looked happy to be there, unlike Tommy Lee!!!

        sparky, I saw him in Greenville, SC last month, and I too was blown away by how well he played especially considering his physical condition. One of the best live tones I've heard yet.

          I have a Boston live bootleg CD and sounds great.

            I think Mick is one of the greatest Rhythem players of all time. I really liked his tone on Shout. But I never have liked his lead sound though on any album.
