Doesn't your ISP provide a usenet server? if not, there are some free ones (search google for "free" "usenet"). Some are just websites that aggregate usenet (google has their own branded one) and others are actual usenet servers. I think I would actually prefer to use Google as they have the really nice search engine built in. Good luck!
