Need help choosing an Acoustic Song Set List

My buddy and I are are planning on adding an acoustic song to our set list, but we can't really decide which song. Do you guys have any suggestions. We really don't want it to be to slow, we don't want to put any body to sleep. We thinking somewhere along the lines of Hotel California and Signs.

I agree on the AIC, definitely!
Also Toad the Wet Sprocket and Paul Simon. Def Leppard? You can do any song by Staind on the acoustic.
"Mama I'm Comin' Home" by Ozzy would be fun, umm.... a bunch of Metallica songs you can do acoustically, or you could do some covers of BLS "Hangover Music".

I used to do a smoking acoustic rendition of "Nowhere Man" by the beetles, you do need a couple of guys who have strong backing vocals though.

I used to do that live and it was a big crowd pleaser. Also any Eagles tunes are usually big hits. From the Beggining by ELP is another one I loved playing.
