Yeah, the lineup for this year looks pretty sweet, I definitely plan on going to either the one in Mass or CT. Most of my current listening all in one sitting!

I saw the Trivium video the other night and although they play solos it just looked and sound so damn commercial.

I think it's going to be the end of our little "Real Metal" resurgence with bands like these coming out. Some of the promising American bands like Lamb of God and Shadows Fall will get lumped together with them and overshadowed soon.

Trivium is justa slightly better version of the "metalcore" trend.

Not a huge fan, but they're ok. I agree with the commercialism. But that can be attributed to them being a part of Roadrunner records IMO
