Technically that's not part of the DaVinci Code. While yes, the story centers around Mary Magdalene and Jesus being married and Mary being the "Holy Vessel" or "Holy Grail", it never mentioned anything about Jesus not dying on the cross. Dan Brown left that part of the bible's story alone. (as far as I know, not having read the bible myself)

In the book, it was their family line (descendents of Jesus and Mary) that were smuggled and hid, not Christ himself.

Hope no offense was taken. The Chicago Outfit is one of my hobbies. I've heard and enjoyed many quotes and stories from Capone, Accardo, Humphreys, Alex, and Spilotro just to name a few.

I've seen it on Harnell's site, but have yet to get it. I've not bought much new music lately. What I've heard sounds cool, maybe I'll treat myself.

King Diamond wrote the House Of God album a few years ago about this unconfirmed story of the whole Jesus not dying on the cross and getting smuggled over to France. It's just an unconfirmed story, but a good friend of mine mentioned he heard about it, too, long before King Diamond wrote about it, and he went to Catholic school all his life. Not really sure what to believe about it, but it's kind of an interesting story either way.
