Yeah, it's Devin Townshend's band. He's the guy who did vocals on Vai's Sex and Religion album.

As for the video, my first guess is the Evil Dead Trilogy

I saw em live this past Sunday. They are awsome live. They've got a lot of energy and they're all nice guys. I met Byron (bass player) and he was a down to earth dude.

Mmmmm, cookies.

He was only 19 when he did the album for Vai. He had a long ass dreadlocked ponytail with the rest of his head shaved. Now he looks to have a skullet. I wonder if he just went bald early.
