don't be too bummed...there's other drummers out there. It happens, bands can sometimes have a revolving door for various members until you find the right one.

I agree with Ace that drum machines have no place in a live act. Nothing cooler than a real live drummer who knows his stuff. I was lucky when I was in Detroit my best friend is a killer drummer. We were always together even tho we had various singers and bass players.

I know it's a drag Jeri, but the bright side is this: when you find a drummer that is excited about the band, it will supercharge all of your bandmates' morale. Things will be better with the next guy.
