This must be true. Think about it. We wore tight pants in the 80s and was teenage pregnancy a huge problem? Compare that to the "Yo, yo, yo" kids of the last few years wearing Glad bags with the crotch between their knees. Is teenage pregnancy a huge problem for their generation?
