A website! With lot's of pictures, perhaps even a listing of all the cars you're offering, with pics and descriptions!
Now you can advertise all over the state, city, or whatever and just mention your website address. People will be easily motivated to check it quickly and if they spot a car they like, they might go for it!
Just make sure the address is snappy, in your face and lingers in the mind!

free incentives during a 2-3 day promotional period. For example if someone buys a car right away, they get certain options for free. It's a good tool to use in guerilla marketing... like a free toy inside a cereal box. The short promotional period makes people act quick, hence a better chance of them buying. We have a website already, but when it comes to what we have in stock, its generic....just lists what car it is, the options and shows the windowsticker...
Free incentives...never thought about that one....that would have to depend on what we need to sell in that particular month. Like this month, we needed to sell 17 trucks (ram and/or dakota) and 5 vans....That would work...offer a base model T&C or Caravan, if they buy in the specified days, they get a free DVD upgrade or something. Or a base model Neon could get a spoiler upgrade or something cheap like that....I just wont mention adding a sunroof for free or tires for life (that can become a huge pain in my ass!!) I will have to suggest this. Its too late for this month, but Im sure May isnt going to be much better. Thanks!!

Never thought about that either...hell I wouldnt know what an iPod was if somebody handed me one....I think Im gonna suggest the upgrade thingy....we do alot of those anyway, but put them on a "we owe", and it always gets charged back to the deal...so, maybe.....
I think if you avertised a Neon SRT4 with the stage 2 package, and really made a big deal of the Great Gas Mileage and the Fact it'll beat a corvette at Half the Price. People Would come in

[img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] Then post every one of the invioces in them, give up your dealer cash and all incentives that Dodge is giving.Then have a Huge used car sale, if your salesman are good as you claim, they can switch cutomers to new.Also present as many leases as you do purchase. Im sure they are good for business and for money, but they are a royal pain in my ass...nobody knows how to do them correctly, so they are always returned from Chrysler because they are so jacked up....it takes me about a week to get one right and get funded on it....
We have more used on our lot than normal, and most of the time when people come out and look at the used, they drive away with new...
We have alot of "used" on the lot for consignment....mine will (crosses fingers and toes)be there today on consignment. I cant believe they will only give me 11K for my car, and it only has 4300 miles on it, and its less than 6 months old...
