About time ya showed up! Now help me translate from Dutch to English!
Those translations are just killing me.
The first bit could literally be anything. The part that confuses me is that it sounds like a sample / repeated clip of a rustling / crumpling piece of plastic while at the same time something is being dragged one direction slowly then faster in another direction then reversed real quick at the same pace (like a marker / felt pen writing something on a piece of paper) and then the ending bit to me sounds like something hitting an object initially, that object falling down and hitting a hard surface and then the initially 'something' hitting that object as it rests on the surface, I picture someone putting a ping pong paddle and ball down on the ping pong table. When I think 3 clicks like that I think also of one of those clicking ball point pens.
Usually with these things its something that is incredibly common / recognizable or something everyone does every day. Are there any past times / activities that Belgium people do that other people throughout the world don't do? Unfortunately, this sound could be amplified and altered quite a bit so it could be anything.
edit - Tape being stopped in a tape player?
The more I listen to it it sounds like something repeating an action (the crumpling being one of the gears going) and then like a stop button being pressed. Anyone tried speeding up or slowing down the sound to see if it sounds like something else? It could be something in fast forward.
I was thinking about removing the plastic around a 'Canderell/Aspartame sugar dispenser (for coffee)' and then using it.
It's a little plastic capsule, you click it, and a single little aspartame pebble drops into coffee. The click is very much the same.

Over here we call those PEZ dispensers
Small capsule-shaped candies that fit in a spring-loaded dispenser shaped like a 9mm clip with a cartoon character head on it - tilt the head back and eject a piece of candy
I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood
