I would be considered a gym rat. I am always there. So is my son. I have trained many people throughout the years. I have new opportunity to train the high school football team in the high school gym and do some private personal training because the trainers at Planet Fitness are really only good at training older women wishing to loose weight. Most of them don't have a clue (or the physiques) to properly administer strength training programs. I need to get certified. Can any of you suggest a good online program or organization. There are a ton of them online and I have no idea which one to choose.
