gmw may be a good place to start; i think you can also get them direct from them, too.

Yep, you can buy direct from G&G. Their web site is www.ggqualitycase.com however be advised that it sucks and you'll find virtually no useful information there aside from their phone number and email address. I just went on the same quest for the same reason and managed to find a few color samples via the Internet Wayback Machine (software people are so predictable - they never clean out the old files when they update their sites) here.
