    Finnish JCFers - need help!

      Also need the email address of a local Police or other Internet Fraud Complaint center in Finland.

        Phishing attempt. Allegedly from a local bank which I don't have an account with, with the URL to an account on this ISP.
        I want their heads on pikes.

              I'm not Finnish but I can speak their language.
              It is somekind of a photo service site.
              And it is a contact form not a sign-up
