You know whats gets me about this?
She gets pulled over because she was speeding, right?
Anybody knows it least that has any sense or been raised right, when you get pulled over you are to behave decently, never disrespect the officer/s and comply with the officer. From the moment she was pulled over she didn't comply and disrespected these officer. The officer/s has to control the situation, and her unwillingness to comply forced them to zapped her to get control of the situation. She got what she deserved. I see nothing wrong with what the officers did.

Never mind. I watched the part where he pulled her over. From the first clip it looked like he came right up and got agressive right away. Now I see there was more to it than that.

Based on his reputation which precedes him, Howard Stern usually is one the first idiots to cry unfair. If he didn't its a first and a miracle. I'm surprised he hasn't started a petition in favor of the woman being tetained.

Interesting how you want to turn this into a Howard Stern bash-fest. I learned from watching Benny Hill years ago to never assume. (I'm sure you know the rest, if not you should by now) Howard played the audio from the net because he loves hearing people get tasered. He didn't say anything about it being unfair. If I remember correctly it was just the contrary. Everyone (even Howard) commented on how she should have gotten off the phone.

I agree with Tekky, i've never seen Howard as an apologist for this kind of stuff.

I haven't watched the video because I refuse to download Quicktime, so this is in response to the thread title:

F*** them!! I flick those bastards off every time I drive by them sitting there with their radar gun (and probably eating donuts). Like they don't have better things to do, like solving crimes.

Re: Sometimes I love the police

The officer is allowed to taz you for disobeying a verbal command. He tells you to get out of the car, to stop running, to sit down, any of it, blam you get tazed.

I guess some states have people get out of their vehicles for traffic stops. In PA, you're only getting out of the car if you're arrested. He later says about her license being suspended. I think that's the reason why he pulled her from the vehicle.

I think he was 100% right. She screamed like a bitch. I had my friend hit me with his before, and it sucks, it drops you like a fly, but you don't scream like that.

Re: Sometimes I love the police

She was probably just too stupid to realize what she was getting herself into. She deserved it, cops can't take any chances... the most 'normal' looking guys pull out guns in the blink of an eye just for running a red light. I don't really find 50,000 volts of pain something to laugh at though, no matter how much she deserved it.

About 1/4 of the way through the main video, she sounds like she's having an orgasm! haha...

And this thread takes a somewhat "politcal" turn....LOL!

Me personally....I think the dumb broad deserved it. Listen to the nice ossifer, or get zapped...plain and simple! Take a swing at a cop?....that's a big fuckin' no-no!

Like the commentary said, he didn't need use a baton (which would've brought up a battery charge...no pun intended ), he didn't try to subdue her by getting into the truck to cuff her (when she wasn't complying). Someone else here said it also....I'd have zapped her again when she wouldn't stand up.
