It doesn't look like any form of necrotizing fasciitis I've ever seen, nor does it look like anything else I've ever encountered. I am fairly sure this is photoshopped, and if it's not: MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON OUR SOULS!

I´m not too sure about that, although I do hope it´s in reality a PS job...

Here´s a Lamprey

I see a notable difference....the lamprey would have another row of "teeth" on the outer rim if it were so, but they don´t... and on the Fingers pic, it doesn´t look like teeth on the cells, they look more like fat cells....

But again, I don´t see muscle tissue, which leads me to believe its a PS job [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Maybe it's just me, but the "Pinocchio" pic doesn't affect me in any way. I have my own irrational "disturbance," though; I'm freaked out by sea serpents, like Nessie, etc...
