Lerxstcat brings up an important point; rape isn't about sex. It's about power and domination. Even if a device existed that would "trap" a man, I would be leery of letting a woman I love use it. Why? Because the typical rapist wouldn't hesitate to snap her neck in a fit of rage.
Back during the heyday of the Bowery section of New York, you know what the police did whenever they came upon a live rape in progress? They stood back and threw rocks at the perpetrator. I kid you not. That's because they knew that if they approached him directly, he might maim or even kill the victom.

First Offense - 20 Years
