Unless your name is Justin, which it is clearly not, ANDY, [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] I say REMOVE IT!!

Now the question is how one would remove the autograph without damaging the finish. 70% ethanol works in the laboratory for removing Sharpie permanent marker marks from metal surfaces since the marker is alcohol-based but I don't know what it would do to poly or nitro finished guitars.

No offence to Gary, but it's not like it was signed by Hendrix, and signatures on the front of guitars suck!

Gary Hoey once came to my place to give guitar clinic. He said he was auditioned for Ozzy Osbourne guitar replacement after Randy died. He lose it to Zakk Wylde because he got short hair. Great player though...

Remove it. I can't stand autographs on guitars. They just don't belong on a player. If it's a strat signed by Hendrix that's going on the wall, fine. Otherwise, it messes up the look.

I always thought of Gary Hoey as a poor man's Satriani meets Dick Dale. Great player.

Signatures on guitars are stupid for the most part, and just look ugly. The only way I would have a guitar signed, is maybe on the back of the headstock, or the trem cavity cover.

i just wanted to make sure
