HP and Compaq

They SUCK!!! My bloody HP laptop needs a reformatt every 3-4 months. Today, after i backup the hard drive and is the ready to do the reformatting, the bloody thing won't even start!!*$%(%^!*#^

So I had to use a 5 years old Compaq desktop which my sister used to use. Guess what?! I had to spent 180USD to fix this crap. And now i'm with a cpu which loads it's programs slower than a 56k internet!! ^&$%!$^%!&$% And i need to reformatt this shit too because it does auto shut down every 7 mins!!!*&!%

You know what they have in common?! They have a Made in China sticker stick behind them!! &*$%#&(!$^#!&4

My friend had both computers. I hated working on them. Their software and hardware are configured specifically for them, so when I try to install a version of Windows or hardware that didn't come on their recovery disc, I got errors out the wazoo. (Worked fine on my IBM and Dell computer)

So far, in Dell I trust...Next best thing is build your own computer, which is where I'm going with my next PC

watch out for anything built in china guys. i sell huge amounts of chips that are already on boards by the thousands to china and they pull those chips off the existing boards and put them on brand new products. alot of the video games you see on the shelves at circuit city or wherever, are just sealed and new , but made with used components. it's a cutthroat world out there, everyone is looking for the edge too .

That's funny! Cause 1 1/2 years ago, One night at my computer I was having a fit (Budweiser intensified!) with my Compaq, and I've always disliked HP. This is, I think, about the same time they merged. I was soooooooo fu***ing hot, I email them, congratulated them both on their merger because they both blew and they deserved each other. Do like I just did....you can build one cheaper and with better compoments than getting one through HP, IBM, Compaq, Etc. Go to www.newegg.com or www.tigerdirect.com. A barebones system is alwas a cost effective way to go as well.-Lou
