ok the malmsteen solo stuff is added ! it is on out of the shadow and at the 2:40 mark the 1st one is mine the 2nd one is dave's , I am not real happy with my lead tone cause live I always use my bridge pickup and I bent my knee and use the neck pickup on this , all my solos on this album are slower than how I play now as they were recorded last spring and I am better at lead stuff now . anyway here ya go //Steve

Hey Dave, thanks for the compliments! I didn't really replace anyone, they just wanted to add another guitarist so the singer could concentrate more on singing, and so we'd have another sound in the instrumental parts. In this band I'm playing more texture type stuff...I love the metal and grungy rock a la Jerry, but what I like to listen to and what I like to play often aren't the same thing. Best of luck to you guys, I wish I could listen to your songs but this comp sucks and dial up ain't too friendly for downloading either!

I listened to extremists. The keys sound slightly detuned, especially in the beginning but the playing was well done. Nice lead work and harmonies.
