why is it people..I mean so-called "metal heads" can't open their hearts and minds and accept all great metal genres across the board..
especially amoung the power / prog metal crowd..they are some truly uppity fucksticks..I call them Metally challenged..or retarded.

let me elaborate..
Metal is a vast sea of awesome music...my favorite music in the world..to me ..it's the only music in the world..all other so called "music" sucks to me ...with the exception of classical.
I love and appreciate great musicianship...well I'm a musician...so that makes sense...as a musician I like to dissect , analyze music , it's structures , the flavors , the progressions , of all metal styles and by doing so I have discovered that there IS good and bad metal ...across the entire board..
most of power metal dudes always say...I don't like "cookie monster" vocals...well you know what , NEITHER do I...as a matter of fact...if cookie monster was here right now...I'd bend him over and fuck him in the ass and dump his remains in Oscar the grouch's garbage can...then I'd pee on both of 'em..then set the can on fire....get where I'm coming from..
So as soon a metal retard..I say this because THEY are ignorant to the genres they trash..say "I don't like cookie monster" vocals ...I know they are METALLY retarded!
There is a lot more to death and black metal than "cookie monster" vocals..in fact most of the bands that I hear sound NOTHING like cookie monster...and the ones that do...well they do suck!
But ..what's better...the "safe" tried and true power metal formula of...Knights , Dungeons , Dragons , swords , sorcery , with elaborate medieval themes , opera singing and happy sing alongs....that's metal to you huh..hmmmmmmm..
so...here is MY bust on this Peter Pan metal bullshit...a little "payback" if you will..
I was talking to John...and I would love to do a very elaborate metal project...as a spoof..with great production and playing ..ala Rhapsody or Dream Evil..just ONE song!!!!
It will be called GAYUS EPICUS and the song will be titled .."DRAGON HUMPER"..
the sing along chorus goes as follows..
WE ARE MERRY MEN...WE LIKE TO DANCE AROUND
SLAPPIN' OUR SWORDS...FIGHTIN" FOR THE CROWN...
there wil be extensive shredding chock full of dragon humping arpeggios , sweeps , and other medievil flavored whatnots...and thingamabobs....
I want to show ALL those who like to ignorantly BUST on my beloved metal how fucking silly the bullshit they like is as well..and "good" musicains can play one style just as profiecient as the other.
BTW...it's not OK to sing about Satan or evil in a very raspy or growling manner..BUT it is OK with singing very "merrily" about bustin' a cap in some dragon's ass...like that happens EVERYDAY..and in a very bad Adam Sandler bad "opera man" imitation..
so before you BUST on any "metal"...take one good hard look and listen to that CRAP you like...in a different light.
don't get me wrong I love great powermetal as much as any of you...I own and buy more metal than anyone I know...because that is what I do..because it makes me happy....but I'd rather listen to a great death or black metal band than some gay dragon humping , peter pan soundtrack..and visa versa..
open your minds ..listen...and shut the fuck up..maybe you will "learn" something different..
