Yeah he wanted to play every day so they said thanks but no thanks. Same with Millar, he wants to be an every day player but with Olerud, that ain't happenin.
Trot is one of our TRUE dirtdogs. He makes a bad play once in a while but i wish every guy on the team would try as hard as he does.

i can understand where millar is coming from, though. all season, they've been riding his ass. i don't think he's going anywhere, though. theo admitted that he's a big part of the team. he's doing as well as he was this time last year. we all know that he usually slumps one half of the season, oddly enough. hopefully he'll have another year like 2004.

i think the bullpen is gonna be interesting this series, for sure.

Agreed. Millar isn't going anywhere.
I think the bullpen will be fine. Schilling or Timlin to close games. Embree may be interesting though. The key is starters... if we get good outings from them, we'll be fine. Haven't really been watching the starters for the Yanks, i just try and see the final score [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
