I'm sorry, I just got offended by the fact there isn't a single great Belgian beer in there! Perhaps it's for the better, he doesn't deserve a nice Chimay, anyways!!!

nice job! Real reviews for real beer drinkers. Good to see Newcastle Brown Ale in there, although I've never been a huge fan of it in the bottle. It's much, much better on tap. It's a bit of a shame Foster's is one of the few internationally known Aussie beers. We have so many great beers, many much better than Foster's too.
I've got to disagree with a lot of the beers he called "good." But at least he got the Newcastle and the Negra Modello right. I had a keg of Newcastle at my wedding reception and bottles of Negra Modello in the limo on the way there. [img]/images/graemlins/toast.gif[/img]

It's pretty clear that he's not much of a conneiseur though: NOBODY mixes Guiness with other beer to make it "a little less sludgelike"!! Sacrilege!! If you can't enjoy Guinness the way it is, don't bloody buy it!

I agree with the sacrilege part but you be amazed at what some folks will mix with beer.
