Hooked up with TV programs

I was on vacation and discovered some tv programs that hooked me up. Monster Garage, Overhauling, Hot Rod, and American Chopper. Damned! I really love shops. I enjoyed hours of those programs. I'll miss them now, I've already began to work again. Anyone who likes them too?

I mean, I don't watch much TV, but that's more by choice than anything else - I'd hate to have a job where I haven't seen a TV at least once in 2 years [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

i liked american chopper the best out of them, but i can't really watch them any more; the guys say the same things over and over, and it starts to drive me nuts. i do like monster house, though. i don't see it much, but it's a good one. american hot rod is good too, but those guys seem more stressed out and bitchy than the occ guys.

I'm from Puerto Rico, and I know they're old programs. They can be see here in cable and satelite dishes. Is just they've never caught my attention until now I give them time to see, 'ya know. That's what I mean...

I got tired of the Sr. vs. Jr. angle all the time, then Mikey made it watchable for a while, but I've moved on. That Southern Steel show is pretty cool. They don't make as wild a bike as the OCC boys, but they'd be a hoot hang out with. I wasn't too into American Hotrod until I happened to see a show where they ran down a list of Coddington's top cars over his whole career. Holy shit is that guy talented, not to mention all the guys on the team. They're all great, but the father/son upholstery team always amaze me with what they can do, considering they always get the car with hardly any time to work on it.

I still like American Chopper but I only watch it after the Tivo has recorded it. I can skip all that crap between Sr. and Jr.

I like American Chopper but I'd be butting heads big time with Paul Sr. I get tired of hearing him go off over the littlest things. Let the kid design and build bikes and just STFU and sign the paychecks and count the money going in your accounts [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] He's so hard on Jr yet Mikey does whatever the hell he wants...which anint much but adding humor to the shop. My wife says I'm just like that grumpy fucker if haven't eaten in a while or really hungry for too long [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Monster Garage is Jesse James. The "OCC big guy" is from American Chopper, Big Paul...

I'm not to big on American Hot Rod. I used to kinda laugh guy and say his lips done move when he talks too Todd until on one episode they said what happened to him, he got in a bad wreck in a hot rod and nearly died...had to piece his face together. He had major nerver damage to his face, he was going for some lazer treatment to stimulate the nerves on one show.

He was in a car wreck that totally disfigured his face. I thought the dude looked weird myself then he talked about the wreck when they were building the aluma-tub.
