This is for all the nutritionalists out there...
I really want to drop my body fat percentage (not sure what it's at, but I want to get back around 5% or so), get more cut and defined. I've searched and searched online for examples of meal plans to help increase the metabolism and to define more of the muscle, but haven't really found much at all. I'm looking for examples of foods or meal plans that I can follow. I do free weights and also try to do around 40 minutes on the elliptical when I workout...lately it's only been maybe 3 days a week...which is probably not enough. Should I be doing more cardio?
