I was at Guitar Center today and asked one of the salesmen if they were getting any of the Ivory RR3's. He said they had one a while back but that Jackson usually just sends them the crappy $299 RR1's. I said the JS-30's are the cheap ones and he told me no, the RR1 is the bottom of the line. I bought my strings and micro cube and left.

By far the biggest mistake was getting such BS tossed at you as fact but still spending money at that store. By still buying products despite crummy service you only serve top perpetuate that crummy service and run decent shops out of business.... And it´s this way in all industries...
Let´s put it this way: would you buy gas from a "mechanic" that tells you a Ford Pinto is a better car that a Mustang? Probably not... so why do ayou buy axe accessories form a "guitar salesman" that obviously doesn´t know his ass from a hole in the ground?
That´s my rant for today

I was already checking out when I asked. It was all rung up and I was signing the slip. Not only that, there aren't many "Little Guys" around anymore and the ones that are charge $150 for the Micro Cube. The service was great. No hard sell. He just wasn't informed on Jackson guitars. For all I know he could have schooled me on Ibanez guitars.
