Ideas For A Festival Name In October

I have been organizing an all ages festival for the weekend of october 7th- 9th, which was originally going to be called rockfest 2005, but apparently a local bar already had a "rockfest 2005", and i don't think it was very rocking at all. i need another name, and all i have come up with is rocktoberfest, which i think is great, but most of the hipster bands that i am working with think it is stupid (although they haven't been able to come up with anything more than smartass remarks). Any other ideas from the JCF community? the festival will be featuring primarily hard rock/punk bands, but will have some strange non-indie rock acts interspersed throughout the 3 days.

rocktoberfest and all of it's variants have been way overused. What type of venue is it? Bars, Outdoors? Location Name?

Well we have one every Oct. called Rocktoberfest, and everyone seems to think its a great name... I like it... Maybe you're dealing with the wrong kinda bands... [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

thurston - the venue is a big hall with stage, the capacity is 500+, and called the pickford dreamspace. it used to be owned by an engineering firm, but now is owned by an independant cinema that plans to eventually convert it into a 2 screen theatre. while there will be no alchohol available at the festival, there are 4 bars within less than half a block around it, and none of them have live music.

just call it something like LargeBreast fest and it will sell out. Some of the bands might get lynched though
