They would be among the people that had no viable means of getting out of Dodge.I want REAL change. I want dead bodies littering the capitol.

The releif was there, but your lovely upatnding citizens decided to start shooting at the helicopters, so now we have to go to plan "B" wich is an armed ascourt on the ground for the deliveries to be made.
