    First a cat, now wife's ex inlaws

    Some of you may remember I rescued a cat recently, she is doing wonderful and is very loving. Now my wife's former Mother In law and MIL's sister are coming to stay with us since they are being forced to leave their home in the New Orleans area. My wife's first husband died. The relationship between me and these people has been VERY strained over the years as they see me as the replacement father to the girls and I'm not good enough. I hope this Kharma stuff is true.

    Actually truth be told, I told the wife to call and tell them to come here(They were at another relatives house not affected by Katrina but couldn't stay long). I may not like em but I will not turn my back on them during this horrible time.
    Don't forget the corn. It's nutritious, delicious, and ribbed for her pleasure.

    You're a good man. A lot of guys in your situation might not have done that. Hopefully they start appreciating you.

        I hope they realize, while they stay with you, what kind of a person you are.

                          Thanks guys. No Jimmy, we are talking serious ugliness here and the sister has a very annoying voice and lisp. I'll be working long hours and weekends and retreating to my room with a cooler of beer each night. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
