a little frustrated? certainly, but i couldn't have been 1/2 as frustrated as a Yankees-really-suck! fan this year. but anyway, i'm always more than happy to talk baseball. i can say that i've watched almost every sox game so far this year. i can't have missed more than 10. mlb.tv rules!

I was a huge fan in the 70', kind of fell away in the 80's and even not as interested in the 90's, even though the Yankees-really-suck!-really-suck!-really-suck!-really-suck!, the Redsox-are-#1 at sucking worse. But the last 3 years, and I think because of the Yankees-really-suck!-really-suck!-really-suck!-really-suck! fans watching the Redsox-are-#1 sucko fans, the Redsox-are-#1-on the losing end, the fanatic me is coming back out.

I think Kevin also said, I-agree-Sully-the-sox-rock on Queer Eye For A Straight guy show, and believe the Redsox-are-#1 after a make-over,the sweethearts they are. Wasn't that Johnny Damon cute. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

As for frustration......both teams having been causing their fans to pull their hair out. Our starting rotation has settled down a little bit, compared to earlier in the year. But our middle relief S U C K S so bad, I'm afraid of the 6th, 7th and 8th innings. It seems we'd be ok if we could eliminate those innings. We have nobody other than the starting rotation and Mariano.

Both teams had a slugfest last night except, but as for teams getting kicked out of the wild card race, I believe the Redsox-are-#1 in that catergory. They brought on the middle relief and the score quickly changed to 10-7, then 12-7, bring in Gordon and it was 12-9. I fukkin hate Gordon and want to trade him to the Red Sox in the worst way.
Thanks to Alan Embry, who was brought in as a lefty specialist, to get out left handed batters, faced two leftys last night, both got a hit.
