Re: The ultimate band?

Wow, I just listened to those audio tapes. The word "Prick" is the only word in the English language close enough to describe him. You just don't talk to people like that. He better have been paying those guys a boat load of money to put up with that, otherwise I am sure someone would have beat the living shit out of him. I know I sure would have.

I love it, he (Buddy) tells it like it is.
Oh yeah, they were definitely getting paid very well.

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

TJ, Birdzeyee,

I agree Sharon is the twat behind the man.

I was using scab in this context -

Scab -
1) A worker who refuses membership in a labor union.
2) An employee who works while others are on strike; a strikebreaker.
3) A person hired to replace a striking worker.

Just a little joke went the wrong way. Like I say - it's a killer job and who wouldn't take it - but doesn't make the reason for the vacancy or the things they are asked to do right!

[/ QUOTE ]
True, but Trujillo and Mike Bordin have been touring with Ozzy forever and it was only logical to have them record the old stuff, and I don't blame them. Not that it was really the coolest thing to do, but Sharon and the record company decided to take the old albums off the shelf and put them out again with a different rhythm section to avoid paying royalties to Lee Kerslake and Bob Daisley, plus the lawsuit that was pending against them (not sure if Don Airey was involved or not). The Osbournes actually wound up winning the lawsuit... not sure how the hell that happened, really. All their hired band members are cool, it's Ozzy and Sharon that suck!!

Have you seen the Hollaback Girl video with Gwen in that red one piece outfit? Holy Crap. That is one of the finest rear ends I have ever seen.

It's not Hollaback Girl. It's Harlem Fat Girl!

I agree, John

That's why I put her in there, she'd be distracting the other band members so much, it'd all sound like shit anyways. Listen to No Doubt.

The Individual Thought Patterns era Death with James Murphy instead of Andy or the other guy on guitar. I would like to see Tim from control denied do vox so chuck could play guitar.
