Re: Steve Vai gig! (lots of pictures)

    Great pics - thanks!

I think Vai deserves some praise for taking someone like Tony MacAlpine on the road with him. Not many players have the confidence to have a monster like Tony playing behind them every night. If you're not on your game, Tony can make you look really bad.

      Awesome stuff!

      What camera is it?

      My lil Sony is fubar.
      I need a new one.

I saw that show back in April.

W/ Eric Sardinas too! He's UNBELEIVABLE!!

      Sardinas
      Vai
      Sheehan
      McAlpine

Thats a pretty stellar show and WELL worth whatever you have to pay to get in!

the camera is an Olympus C-370 Zoom .. and that is the SQ1 setting (1600x1200 resolution) there are HQ and SHQ settings.. the latter one taking 2mb per picture and is 2048x1536 resolution. didnt use it cos i could only take 50 pics.. as oposed to 150 and even those with realy good quality =) (i paid like.. 175 or thereabouts for the camera and a 128mb memory card)

sardinas is a monster player! LOVED his tone and he pretty much went straight into his rivera custom
