That's Bullshit. I would bet he didn't talk to people like that when he is recruiting his band, otherwise he would have been saying something like "I told you guys in the begining it was my way or the highway" and these guys would have a leg to stand on. I am sure he was buttering them all up to make them feel like a part of the band untill he got them in and then belittle them to make them feel like hired hands.

There's alot of gigs where you are late once to rehearsal, or gig, that's it, pack up and go... we got a list. Depending on who you are, and what you pay of course...that list varies. It works that way on the B room club level with some guys around here. Ya show up, ya know your sh!t, ya have it down.
