just got back from the jim. gonna hop in the shower and watch the game at a friend's house tonight. he's got an a-rod bobblehead that we'll be converting into a voodoo doll in quick fashion.

i don't understand how that whole thing worked out, as there's still a game to be played. say the sox win tomorrow; i didn't understand how that wouldn't force the tiebreaker in yanke stadium.

i'm not whining at all; sad to see it go that way. the sox shoulda taken the east, but they get the wild card, so the season continues.
heh, but when ya think about it, it's not like ny has done too much with their al east titles over the past few years.

it certainly was a disappointment yesterday, although i take solace in that nyy will have to go to analslime-er, i mean anaheim, and play there instead of having the home field advantage, and again, the sox' season will continue. kind of a drag that they'll go to chicago though; i was hoping for a chance to cheer the white sox during part of the series. while it'll be tough against the white sox, i'm confident that they'll get past them.

The Yanks are the only AL team on a roll right now. I say they breeze to the Series. They'll get some payback on the Angels for a coupla years ago.
