I'm actually Digging the Rain
I've fallen, Fallen through. If I'm Not With you, All I wanna Do Is Feel blue
Seattle is going into the dark days. Now, I can see why Kurt was so depressed. Or maybe, it was Ms. Love. Anyway, the sun has just about had it around here.
Vests are a big thing in Seatlle. When I lived in Calif, the only vest I had was with a 3-piece suit. Up here it is a requirement.
100 out here in west Texas. And dry. And sunny as HELL.
No trees. No green. No air. No rain. Just cicades and tarantulas and snakes and coyotes and cacti. And DUST.
I can't wait to get my ass out of Texas and crawl back up north where its dark and cool and green and wet.
The sky is absolutely extraordinary out here though, I'll say that much!
I'm ready for some real fall football weather. I was at my sons football game Saturday and it was in the low 90's and humid I like Dallas but I'm ready for the summer weather to end.

Mine too, Donnie. Or is it Donny? Is it "y" or "ie"? Because I thought it was "ie"?
I didn't get enough sleep last night, long story.
I like the Fall too, when it starts to get crisp and windy. 'Course, there is no such thing as seasons here. fuckingstupidtexasdesertgrumblegrumblegrumble...
Fett, I gotcha now.

The best memory I have is hangin out on my cousin's font porch in CT in the fall. He lived right across the street from a park, so you can see the leaves in all their colors. Beautiful cloudy day and round 50someodd degrees. All I need is a beer and guitar in hand and the day couldn't get any better...
