My Dad's Cancer Free.....Whoo Hoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: My Dad\'s Cancer Free.....Whoo Hoooo!!!!!!!!!!!
Great news!! you don't know how happy this makes me. Anyone getting one over this thing is a score for mankind.
I lost my father to it 3 1/2 years ago, tried everything and anyone with a magic bullet. Nothing worked. He suffered but he was so proud.... never, ever complained about it or the pain or the way he looked. He just kept hope that things would get better. I am so proud of him and I miss him dearly.

Wow, can't believe I missed this thread.....this is excellent news Sam, as this is never an easy thing to go through. More power to your dad, and the rest of the family.....

Awesome news, Sam.
I went through a similar situation a few years ago, where my dad had to have a quad-bypass. Scary times. But he eventually pulled through, and is better than ever now.
Re: My Dad\'s Cancer Free.....Whoo Hoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
finally, some good news on the board. i flew home to nyc and took a cab straight to the hospital and made it just in time to talk to my dad for 2 hours about how great he was to me and how he should never think for one moment that he was wrong ordin't do the right thing. he was always there for me. so were the police-lol. go visit and tell him you love him etc. etc. etc. i'm happy for you.
