So what’s your favorite kind of Stake?
I’m terrible when it comes to picking out a Stake at the store.
I had to ask the Butcher at Albertson’s , what’s the best stake you got that’s not tough.
I get so confused when looking at all that meat.
He pointed to a $12.00 T-Bone. I must admit it tasted sooo good.
I seasoned it first then added B-B-Q souse two mins before removing.
I kept the middle red. I used a medium flame setting the whole time.
It melted in my mouth. My wife made a side of Red potatoes and string beans.
So help me out. Give me some options on the best kind of stake (cut) to get and the best way or your favorite way to cook it.
I don’t mind spending the dough on a good stake. I only have them once in awhile
