          Melbourne Cup Day, so work put on the traditional chicken, potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, beer, champagne, etc.

[img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] It is made up like a gyro, but insted of meat, it has a mix of ground chick peas and middle eastern seasonings formed into patties and deep fried. Awesome. The first time I tried it was off a street vendor in Haifa Israel back in the early 80's. My drunken ass had no idea what it was made out of till a few years later, but it was good.                       Scott, well it sounds good..but this is the first time I ever heard of that. I would eat that right now if I had a fafalella..BUT [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

                      Still alot of pasta sauce left..so it looks like I'm boiling another pound of spaghetti..

                        actually, it's farm rasied turkey that is not treated with any chemicals, hormones or preservatives. the cheese is also made in a way that keeps out the chemicals, hormones, and perservatives. it's just a healthier altervnative to processed foods. it cost more but it's really good. only certain farms meet the requirements to have their food considered organic.
                        GEAR:

                        some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

                        some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

                        and finally....

                        i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!
