That really does suck, sorry man.

Here is the million dollar question. Why do people continue to use UPS to ship items that have any value at all. Sure you can say that other companies are just as bad, but are they? [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img]

I've shipped a bunch of guitars and gear. UPS screwed me once, then I went to FedEx. They messed up, but they did pay me for it. I switched to DHL about 2 years ago and never looked back.

People please, stop using UPS to ship guitars. If not for me do it for the guitars [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Yah dude, I find UPS loses things, Fed Ex breaks things, but DHL has been nothing but great when it comes to my shipping needs and they seem to be careful enough when handling my stuff. Very sorry bout the guitar Pat, that really sucks.

When I buy a guitar in a case, I ask the seller to brace the headstock. That break is right on the support with no backing on the head. It got bounced real hard, no question. But if there was a piece of packing under the head, it would not have broken. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

they also have to stop using non-form fitting G&G cases. they're the original "coffin case" if you ask me.
