Howdy guys and gals! Arrived safely and still getting settled in. Thanx so much for all your kind words and well wishes. I honestly wish my job entailed directly opening up a can of whoop ass on these fuckers but unfortunately it doesn't, so I'll just pass my time working hard supporting our weapons systems. Considering what some of my other bros/sis' in uniform are enduring, I actually feel a lil' ashamed of how well I have it here. You wouldn't think I was deployed to the desert. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] Just suffice it to say that the Air Force takes care of their own and I'm living like a king considering where I am. Since I'm permanent party here, they really take care of us. There's an acronym that applies here: RHIP (Rank Has Its Privileges). [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] Good thing about being permanent party over here is I have a huge room (queen-size bed, 32" tv, DVD player, computer, private bath), my own vehicle, and I can go downtown any time I want.
