Amazing guy, he was an apreggio maniac! I would rather be dead that be in the situation he's in now though. My opinion, I know it's not shared by everyone.
tears are welling up in my eyes..in front of my wife while watching this.
To not be able to play a single note now..
I'm a wart on his ass as a player...but know how its like to be robbed of my playing hand..it something I deal with all the time..and that's just a "hand".

"Well, your friend would have Bell's Palsy, which is a facial paralysis, not "Balls Pelsy" like we're joking about here." Toejam's attempt at sensitivity.
I've been to his web site.
He is truly a super person surrounded by wonderful people that are completely loving, caring and supportive.
The whole disease has caused him to do alot of soul searching, and this comes across at his site.
Myself, I would have gave up on life in his situation and that for me is my personal thought/s and nobody else's.
Its really sad, that with all the marvels and breathrough's of modren medicine and we aren't able to find any quality health improvements for such diseases and other diseases as well. I'm uniformed but, and basically thinking out loud here. I find nearly hard to believe we (USA doctors and reseachers)can't use genetic and cell research to develop something legit. He (Jason and many others like him) would be perfect candidates. Again, as I said, I'm uninformed.
He is a remarkable person to endure such a devestating disease.
Peace, Love and Happieness and all that stuff...
"Anyone who tries to fling crap my way better have a really good crap flinger."
I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.
