    Just noticed this, thought it was worth posting...

    "UPS, the UPS brandmark and the color brown are registered trademarks of United Parcel Service of America, Inc. All rights reserved."

    Anyone know if puke yellow or snot green are already trademarked? Maybe brain matter gray? [img]/images/graemlins/what.gif[/img]

    The greenish-gold color of certain dry cleaning press pads is trademarked. See Qualitex Co. v. Jacobson Prods. Co., 514 U.S. 159. More (mostly in English) here.

        Trademarking a color, or a common word in the English language is done all the time, and is just stupid as hell if you ask me. It's like Dimarzio with double creme pickups. Fucking stupid.
