Three spring to mind:

1 Klaus from the first Die Hard, played by Alan Rickman. Actually, come to think of it, he was also really good as Nottingham in Robin Hood - OK, he was basically just playing Blackadder, but still pretty damn good....

2 Joss Ackland was pretty good in Lethal Weapon 2.....

3 Joe Pesci in Goodfellas
